Three points, one supply line.

Each leg of the route is run by a dedicated counterparty under a separate contract. Liability and customs responsibility stay with the party that controls each step.

Uzbekistan – origin

Direct contracts with farms, dryers and porcelain workshops in Fergana, Bukhara, Samarkand, Khorezm and Surkhandarya. Specifications are fixed in writing per SKU.

Rīga – clearance

SIA SLB LV is the EU importer of record. Customs, food-safety paperwork and consolidation are handled in Latvia.

European Union – delivery

Distribution to HoReCa partners across fourteen Member States. Lead times, traceability and replacement terms are part of every contract.

Dried fruits

Sun-dried apricots and raisins from Fergana, Samarkand and Bukhara. Hand-selected, naturally cured, sulphur-free.

Rice, legumes and oils

Long-grain Khorezm rice, mung beans, red beans and cold-pressed linseed oil – the foundation of plov.

Spices and herbs

Whole spices and dried herbs – cumin, coriander, black pepper, dill, parsley – and ready-blended seasonings for plov and shashlik.

Pastes and purées

Tomato, carrot, apple and pumpkin pastes, concentrated at harvest peak for year-round consistency.

Fresh produce

Fresh root vegetables – carrots, green and yellow radish – sourced from regional growers in Latvia and the EU.

Porcelain and serveware

Plov sets, teaware, bread plates and trays. Hand-glazed cobalt-on-cream, Rishtan workshops, Uzbekistan.
