Privacy Policy

§ 1.1This policy explains how SIA SLB LV (40203742984), a Latvian limited-liability company at Ūnijas iela 70 k-1 – 2, Rīga, LV-1084, processes personal data submitted through this website and the inquiry form.

§ 1.2Processing follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Latvian Personal Data Processing Law.

§ 4.1Processing rests on the legitimate interest of SIA SLB LV in handling commercial inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), on the necessity to perform a contract or take pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and on legal obligations binding on the company (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

§ 5.1Inquiry records that do not lead to a commercial relationship are retained for up to twenty-four months from the last contact and then deleted from working systems.

§ 5.2Records connected to a contract are retained for the period required by Latvian bookkeeping and tax law (currently ten years from the closing of the financial year).

§ 6.1Personal data is accessed by named employees of SIA SLB LV under written confidentiality. Where required to perform a contract, data is shared with logistics providers, banks and customs agents under separate data-processing agreements.

§ 7.1Data may be transferred to suppliers in Uzbekistan and Lithuania for the purposes of fulfilling a specific contract. Such transfers rely on the appropriate safeguards under Articles 46–49 GDPR.
