Plain dried apricots for sweet plov, compote and the tea table
Natural kuraga is made from whole apricots, pitted and dried without any flavour infusion, so it tastes of the fruit alone. Bukhara cooks put dried apricots and raisins into their sweet plov, and the same fruit goes into compote, porridge and home baking. It comes in vacuum-sealed 200 g pouches with a shelf life of 12 months.
