This cottonseed oil from Uzbekistan is refined and deodorised. It is light yellow and neutral in taste, with a high smoke point that suits frying. Uzbek cooks traditionally make plov with it: the oil is heated in the kazan until a light smoke rises, and then the meat goes in. Supplied in 1 L PET bottles, twelve to a case.
